1. Our commitment

Foodtruck Spot is committed to making discovery, ordering, booking, and account workflows usable by people with disabilities. We aim to design and maintain the Platform in line with WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable accessibility laws, while recognizing that no automated or manual review can guarantee perfect accessibility in every browser, device, assistive technology, or user-created listing.

2. What we work on

Our accessibility work includes semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, color contrast, text resizing, screen-reader labels, reduced-motion support, form errors, responsive layouts, non-map alternatives, accessible status labels, and testing with automated tools and real workflows. Some third-party maps, payment frames, uploaded media, external links, and user-generated content may be controlled by another provider.

A map is not the only way to use the Platform. Where a map or visual control is present, we aim to provide a list, search, text, or form alternative for the same essential task. Operators are responsible for providing accurate accessibility information about their truck, venue, menu, and service conditions.

3. Feedback and accommodations

If you encounter a barrier, need information in another format, or need help completing a task, contact us through the Help Center and describe the page, action, device or assistive technology, and the difficulty if you can. Do not include unnecessary health information. We will review reports, provide a reasonable alternative where available, and use feedback to prioritize fixes.
