Payment Disclosures
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
1. Stripe processing and who gets paid
Foodtruck Spot facilitates certain payments between users; it does not sell the food, provide the venue, or guarantee a user's performance. The checkout, booking, quote, or payment record identifies the party receiving the underlying payment and any Platform-collected fee where applicable.
Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates securely process marketplace payments, subscription invoices, refunds, and payouts. Stripe's applicable Consumer Services Agreement, Connected Account Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other Stripe terms govern Stripe's services. Stripe may require identity verification, connected-account terms, reserves, holds, chargeback handling, or additional disclosures. You must provide accurate information and comply with those terms.
Foodtruck Spot does not store raw payment-card numbers or sensitive financial-authentication tokens on its internal servers. Stripe's hosted or embedded payment components handle that information.
2. Fees and taxes
Applicable marketplace, processing, site, deposit, guarantee, tax, and other amounts are shown before you confirm when the Platform can calculate them. The current Standard plan is described on the Pricing page; plan terms, promotions, and fee treatment may change and the checkout or accepted booking terms control for a specific transaction.
Foodtruck Spot does not provide tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial advice. Each user is responsible for determining and reporting taxes, permits, receipts, income, sales, use, employment, and other obligations applicable to that user's business or transaction.
3. Subscription authorization, refunds, and chargebacks
By confirming a payment or subscribing to a monthly or annual plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown and each renewal until cancellation. The renewal price, cycle, plan, cancellation method, and any required notice will be disclosed before purchase. A payment may be delayed, declined, reversed, placed under review, or split into payment and payout stages. Do not submit payment credentials that you are not authorized to use.
Refunds follow the applicable accepted terms, seller policy, payment state, provider rules, and law. A refund can be pending or partial and may take time to appear. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support and your payment provider promptly; do not pursue duplicate recovery through both a refund and an unjustified chargeback.
The Pro Tier has no guaranteed uptime or formal SLA. For a prolonged, unanticipated disruption, Foodtruck Spot may, in its sole discretion, issue a partial refund or service credit. Any issued service credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, expires 12 months after issuance, and applies only to a future Stripe subscription invoice for the same account.
4. Records and contact
Keep your confirmation, receipt, accepted booking terms, quote, and refund record. Platform records may be used to investigate a dispute, reconcile a payout, respond to a payment-provider inquiry, or satisfy legal and accounting obligations. Operated by Food Truck Spot LLC, 946 E Michigan St Apt B, Orlando, FL 32806. Payment processing provided by Stripe, Inc. Contact support@foodtruckspot.com for payment inquiries.
